Our Therapy Group Practice at Nurture iLembe, KwaZulu-Natal is looking for a Rehab Supporter to join their team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Rehab Supporter, you will play a key role in assisting our interdisciplinary therapy team—including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy—to provide high-quality rehabilitation services. This role involves supporting both the clinical and administrative aspects of therapy delivery, helping ensure that patients receive consistent, evidence-based care throughout their rehabilitation journey.
You'll work closely with therapists, patients, and families to contribute to a caring and efficient environment that promotes recovery and positive outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING
- Grade 12 minimum requirement
- 2 years or more relevant experience in a physical rehabilitation environment is essential
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Good inter-personal skills and communication skills
- Patient handling skills, such as transfers
- Knowledge of basic wheelchair maintenance and basic wheelchair seating requirements
- Willingness to assist in other admin areas in the facility when required
- Problem solving skills, analysis & sound decision-making
- Safety and Quality with sound knowledge of health and safety requirements for a rehabilitation setting

Minimum Salary: R9 489.74 Cost to Company (including benefits)
